1. Introduction
AsianAmateur (“we”, “us”, “the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. This DMCA / Copyright Policy describes how we handle copyright-related complaints.
This Policy is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and similar laws in other jurisdictions, to the extent applicable. If you believe that material accessible via AsianAmateur infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
2. No hosting of video files
AsianAmateur is an index and catalog of Asian amateur adult videos. We embed and link to videos that are hosted on third-party websites and platforms. We do not upload, host, or store video files on our own servers.
When you watch a video via AsianAmateur, the content is streamed from an external provider. Any infringement occurring in those files is ultimately under the control of the third-party hosting platform, not AsianAmateur.
3. Notice-and-takedown policy
If we receive a valid copyright complaint that meets the legal requirements of a notification, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material (for example, removing or modifying links, embeds, or thumbnails).
In cases where the content is hosted on a third-party site, we may also pass your notice to the relevant provider or advise you to contact them directly, as they control the actual files.
4. How to submit a DMCA notice
To submit a DMCA or copyright infringement notice, please send a written communication that includes the following information (preferably in English):
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity, and that you request to be removed or disabled, including specific URLs on AsianAmateur where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Please send your notice to:

For faster handling, include “DMCA Notice” or “Copyright Complaint” in the subject line.
5. Counter notifications
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter notification. Your counter notice should substantially include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the Website’s operator (or, if you are outside that jurisdiction, any place where you can be served) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that we may forward counter notifications to the original complainant and, where applicable, to relevant third-party hosting providers.
6. Repeat infringers
Where applicable and feasible, we may terminate or restrict access for users, partners, or sources that are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable law and our own policies and technical limitations.
7. Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA and similar laws, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Do not submit false or bad-faith claims.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Website’s features. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date below.
